Fitness Class Timetable

COVID-19 Update:

Studio fitness classes will resume on Monday 17th May. We must continue to ensure participants remain socially distanced during classes therefore class numbers have been reduced. We hope that when restrictions are eased further in June class numbers will be increased. 

Our class timetable is listed below and if you click on the class name a description of the class will be shown.

Members can book classes online after setting up a members account (please contact reception for details) or by calling 01665 721600. Members can book classes up to 7 days in advance.

Studio classes are open to non members and cost £6.50 per class. Non members can book by calling reception on the above number and payment will be required on booking. Non members can book classes 1 day in advance.
