Our air conditioned gym is equipped with a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment by Precor and Technogym. We also have free weights up to 40 kg.
All new members will undergo a gym induction and fitness test and have the option of a tailor made personal fitness programme designed by our fully trained instructors.
Our gym is open to local members, guests staying in holiday accommodation with Ocean Club membership, and guests staying on Seafield Park.
Gym opening times:
Monday -Friday 8am-8.30pm
Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm
