We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all treatment bookings. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation and deposits will be transferred to an alternative booking.

If appointments are cancelled in under 24 hours deposits will be charged and not transferred. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments. Should you fail to arrive for your appointment the full cost of your treatment will be charged.

Any appointment cancelled in under 24 hours will be charged in full.

Full payment is required on booking for all treatments. A minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation is required and any payments will be refunded in full.

Any group bookings cancelled in under 7 days will incur a 50% charge, and cancellations in under 24 hours will be charged in full.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before start of treatments to allow time to book in at reception and complete health questionnaires.

Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you arrive late we will endeavour to honour your treatment time, however it may be necessary to shorten or cancel your treatment for the consideration of other clients.

New clients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire on arrival. Please advise us at the time of booking of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment.

Alcohol should not be consumed prior to treatments. Male clients are required to wear shorts during treatments.

any child under 16 having treatments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the treatment. Appointments are limited to nail treatments only, or if 13 and over, nail treatments and Ocean Spray Facial. Parental consent form must be signed prior to treatment.
