Restorative Yoga & Breathwork:

You will be taken through a gentle yoga flow, holding poses for longer with a focus on slowing down and de-stressing. The end part of the class will be lying down breathwork to calm the nervous system.

Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga:

Starting with Sun Salutations, you will be guided through a stronger vinyasa flow. There will be exercise variations for levels 1 & 2. Expect a workout!

Slow Flow Vinyasa  Yoga:

This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently. Meditation and Pranayama (breath work) techniques are taught to promote relaxation. Class concludew with restorative yoga postures which settle the body and mind and ending with Savasana and head massages. All levels welcome.
